MEET KEVIN & ALESON
Kevin and Aleson joined the community in Salmon ID in April of 2018.
Kevin, a native to Wyoming, has been mastering the art of pizza and cooking since 2011. He loves creating recipes that continue to surprise and delight our customers. His personal favorite is "The Koa" pairing sweet and spicy that makes a truly unique and delicious pizza.
Aleson compliments the team with her marketing and web design skills. She loves to bake and is mastering the perfect sourdough recipe.
The pair met in Lander Wyoming in 2014 and continue to look forward to the life and business adventures that lay ahead.

COOKING OVER A WOOD FIRE
The first form of cooking food in ovens were with brick ovens! Not only does the wood fired brick oven create an unparalleled flavor, there is something special about eating pizza cooked in a method that has been used for hundreds of years.
